The Gestalt X is made to expand your horizons even further beyond roads. We extended the possibilities of the Gestalt by adding generous tire clearance, lowering the stand-over, using solely one-by drivetrains, adding dropper post routing, and tuning the geometry for more adventurous riding. CASUAL COMMUTER The Kentfield ST2 is the step-through version of our top-tier Kentfield. Designed to be affordable, comfortable and reliable it’ll go the distance, every day of the week. Our Series 1 aluminum frame is lightweight and responsive, and comes decked out with plenty of rack and fender mounts to suit your setup. There’s a microSHIFT 10-Speed drivetrain, Vee Tire tires, Clark’s mechanical disc brakes and plenty of reliable Marin components. Why choose a step-through bicycle frame? Traditionally designed for female riders wearing skirts, the step-through has evolved to suit anyone that prefers a frame that’s far easier to swing a leg over. They’re ideal for less flexible riders, slow-speed urban cycling and riders that need to load their bike up with bags or kids. SERIES 1 ALUMINUM FRAME - The Kentfield features a Series 1 6061 aluminum frame with disc brake mounts and rack and fender eyelets and fast rolling, multi-surface capable 700c wheels with either a standard horizontal top tube or a step-thru frame design. CRMO BMX INSPIRED FORK - The stylish CrMo BMX style fork has straight blades, disc mounts, and BMX inspired dropouts. HYBRID GEOMETRY - The Kentfield features upright seated hybrid geometry that mixes the upright position of a mountain bike with the efficiency of a pavement bike. WIDE-RANGE GEARING - Wide-range, 1x gearing is simple to use and offers as large if not larger of a gear range than multi-chainring bikes of the past.

BRIDGELESS SEATSTAY The stiffness of the one-piece rocker link allows for a bridgeless seatstay design, offering zero compromises on stiffness while at the same time allowing for maximum tire clearance and short chainstays. MultiTrac Suspension The Alpine Trail E features the same great, proven MultiTrac suspension technology, but optimized for the Shimano STEPS system. With this combination, there is no need for platform or lockout levers, just get on and blast up the hills. Mixed Wheel Sizes 29" front and 27.5"+ rear wheel sizes are the ideal combination for the Alpine Trail E—the larger front wheel easily rolls over most any trail obstacle and offers the best cornering traction, while the burly 27.5 x 2.8" rear setup adds playfulness and enhances acceleration and braking traction. Dropper Post Optimized The modern-day trail rider needs their saddle out of the way at times, while low-slung frames require longer length posts. The all-new Fairfax E brings the power to scoot you along with 40Nm of torque from the rear hub, quietly and seamlessly adding a boost to your pedaling. The 340Wh battery is cleanly integrated into the Series 2 aluminum frame's downtube, while a Shimano 8-speed Altus drivetrain provides plenty of gearing range. Finally, hydraulic disc brakes from Tektro allow for controlled and comfortable stopping power in all conditions. Technology: - Series 2 Frame The Series 2 e-bike fitness frame features 6061 aluminum tubing with an internal battery and internal cable routing, forged dropouts with rack and fender mounts, and an integrated kickstand mount - Electric Drivetrain The Bafang rear hub motor provides 40Nm of torque in a compact and tidy package and delivers top assisted speeds of 20mph, 32km/h (North America), and 25km/h for the rest of the world. Five levels of assistance, accessed via a handlebar-mounted controller, means that riders can quickly dial in the level of assistance that best meets their needs and riding style. Every Presidio comes with fast-rolling and puncture-resistant tires, comfortable geometry, hydraulic discs and plenty of mounting options for bags and racks. The Presidio will take care of business day in and day out. Our entry-level and most affordable model, the Marin Presidio 1 is built around a Series 1 aluminum frame and CrMo straight blade fork with 700C wheels, a Shimano 8-speed drivetrain and powerful Clark’s hydraulic disc brakes. LIGHTWEIGHT ALUMINUM FRAMES - Presidio frames are constructed of lightweight 6061 aluminum tubing with rack and fender mounts. Series 2 tubing on the Presidio 3 and 2 models add internal cable routing, and belt drive compatible forged slider dropouts for internally geared hubs. MARIN SLIDER DROPOUTS - Our new slider dropouts were created specifically to bring the best technologies for commute bikes into a clean and tidy package. The dropouts slide to tension belts and chains, while incorporating flat mount disc brakes, and a direct mount rear kickstand to support the bike where weight is centered with gear. DISC BRAKES - Hydraulic disc brakes provide smooth, controlled stopping in all conditions with minimal maintenance. INTERNALLY GEARED HUBS - Internally geared hubs on the Presidio 3 and 2 package the gearing into a compact, maintenance-free package.

Perfect for neighborhood adventures, where each block away from home feels like a mile. LIGHTWEIGHT ALUMINUM FRAMES & FORKS - Coast Trail models are all built upon lightweight Series 1 aluminum frames and aluminum forks. This ensures that your young rider won't be held back by a heavy bike, as a lighter bike is easier to control and balance. The weight savings goes beyond the frame, and we ensured that every component spec'd offers the best balance of weight to durability. KIDS-SIZED COMPONENTS - Kids are smaller all over, so our designers took that into consideration when designing the Coast Trails. Handlebars and grips are of smaller diameter than found on adult bikes, brake levers are specifically designed for smaller hands, and even the pedals and saddles are proportionally smaller. This helps kids maintain comfort and control while they are still developing their skills as riders. SMOOTH-ROLLING 2.0" TIRES - Smooth-rolling Marin x Vee Tire 2.0" wide tires are used on all Coast Trail models, with smooth center for easy riding on paved surfaces, and inverted tread on the sides for added safety when the paths are rougher.
