Marin's Attack Trail C-XT9 is a full-carbon enduro machine. The carbon frame is light and tough with a tapered headtube as well as front and rear Maxles for stiffness that you notice and appreciate right away. The QUAD 3 suspension is active and efficient, featuring a RockShox Pike up front with 160mm-130mm of adjustable travel and a RockShox Monarch out back with 150mm of travel. A svelte 11-speed SRAM X01 drivetrain delivers plenty of gears and the SRAM Guide RS brakes are XC light, yet DH worthy. The same can be said for the light, tough DT Swiss 27.5-inch wheels with Schwalbe's Hans Dampf tires. The Easton Haven bar and stem, as well as a KS internally-routed dropper post, put the finishing touches on this all-mountain whip.
