The Proviz REFLECT360 Vest is the first fully reflective vest designed for cycling, running, and other outdoor uses. The Vest is designed to help you stand out at night on the roads as well as be a functional and comfortable item for you to use when out exercising. It utilizes millions of reflective beads that reflect light back to the light source, enabling you to stand out in a vehicle's headlights. The REFLECT360 Vest will keep the wind out during the colder months, yet the perforated back mesh will help the extra heat escape. About the fabric: The fabric used for the REFLECT360 range is highly technical. During daylight, it is a modest grey color. At night, when the fabric picks up an external light source, e.g. vehicle headlights, it gives "astonishing reflectivity". The REFLECT360 trousers are rugged, hard-wearing, waterproof, and breathable pants designed specifically to ensure you arrive at your destination dry on those wet and windy days. The elements will be kept out, yet the breathable fabric will enable heat to escape. Designed specifically for cycling and cut accordingly, the lower leg has a 30cm (size variable) zipper to allow you to quickly get them on/off over your shoes. The zip has a protective waterproof hook-and-loop flap to ensure no water can access the zipper. An additional hook-and-loop adjustable leg band gives you the flexibility to ensure no excess material will get caught up in your chain. The REFLECT360 range is renowned for its reflective features, so we have given the REFLECT360 waterproof trousers two ample stripes at the top (on each leg) and the same on the lower leg. The Proviz Switch Vest is made from a dual-layer outer shell that can be worn either way to give you two options, one for the day and one for night. By day, the fluorescent yellow material enables riders to stand out and be clearly seen. By night the reflective material lights up when vehicle headlights are shined upon it, enabling the rider to be seen more clearly on the roads, therefore enabling drivers to adapt accordingly to your position on the road. About the fabrics: The fabrics used for the Switch range were chosen specifically to make the Switch Vest extremely versatile.
